The Co-owners, Jim Ryckman and Dave Calkins, have worked in the automotive service industry with a combined experience of over 50 years. Early on in their careers, both Jim and Dave observed practices that gave the automotive repair industry a bad reputation. This prompted them to start their own business based on putting the needs of the customer first.
